Peltier : Low temperature control
The AFM Nano-Observer is compatible with the Peltier stage allowing a working area cooling. With this accessory, it is possible to cool the analysis zone to -35°C. This temperature level allows to analyze the behavior of the materials under different temperature effect and also in biology where the control of the temperature is essential to preserving the sample. The Peltier stage allows precise and reproducible control of the cooling during the analysis of the conductive or not and biological materials. Moreover, this module is compatible with the liquid medium thanks to the approval of a liquid cell at the Peltier stage.
